making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo cards.
Should you wish, you can send your order by post and pay by cheque. However, we will be unable to dispatch the order until the cheque has fully cleared, sadly this can take up to 5 working days. Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, simply email or call us and we will be happy to oblige.
shipping and handling
Shipping charges are calculated according to the weight of the goods you order, we have tried to keep this cost as low as possible. All parcels will be sent by first class Royal Mail. Please note we do not despatch orders outside the United Kingdom.
delivery schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. Please allow a few days to pass before contacting us further if your goods have not arrived.
back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
tax charges
No VAT is charged to you at any time by us, until further notice.
credit card security
We use Paypal to process all orders. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and we do not store your card details in any way.

We guarantee your satisfaction.
If any product you receive is faulty, please contact us to arrange a refund in full. We only ask that you pay for the return postage and return the product unused.
